Spice Girls add new tour dates as fans snap up tickets

It's been a Spice World kind of week.

Tickets for the group's highly anticipated 2019 United Kingdom stadium tour went on sale on Saturday, but due to demand from fans - many of whom couldn't get tickets to the six announced dates - five more concerts have been added.

The Spice Girls stormed to worldwide fame in 1996 after the release of their first single "Wannabe", spreading their message of girl power.

As the '90s pop group continue to dominate entertainment headliners, it seems that it was actually neither of these reasons.

Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C put rumours to rest that Mel C had demanded that the other Spice Girls get vocal coaching ahead of their upcoming reunion tour.but it turns out the report wasn't entirely false! I saw Victoria recently and obviously, we've all been in contact.

Ross commented drily: "Having said that, I think you still should have offered her the opportunity". But she did raise the valid point that she was never really asked [to go on tour].

CC Sabathia agrees to deal to stay with Yankees
Sabathia took a cut to $10 million this year, agreeing December 16 to a deal that was finalized 10 days later. In 10 years with the Yankees, Sabathia is 129-80 with a 3.74 ERA and 1.264 WHIP in 1810.2 innings pitched.

Now Beckham's bandmates have revealed that they technically didn't ask her to join the tour.

Her fellow Spice Girls gasped at the statement, before Horner continued: "I spoke to her before the announcement and she has said it for years that she just doesn't want to do it anymore, so we knew that".

"We realized that a while back, that she didn't enjoy that so much", Emma adds.

Geri admitted they all "knew" Victoria wouldn't want to be involved because she's "moved on" and is very busy with her fashion empire.

"She's been a huge part of our lives and we care about her, so it's all good".

Emma, Mel C, Mel B, and Gerri have joined forced again to bring a bit of 90s spice back into the United Kingdom (and hopefully Ireland, please) sometime next year.
