"Thank you, Lord for the gift of mother's milk", she wrote.

As other passengers stared at the crying infant, Organo said she made a decision to assist the mother in the only way she knew how.

Alongside her line administrator and the baby's mother, Patrisha breastfed the stranger's baby in the airplane's gallery. "She said, 'Yes yes!' but in her language", Organo says.

"I absolutely love this, I've often dreamed of being able to help out with my milk to another mother in need ❤ your a hero", one commented. That's exactly what happened to one mom when she was aboard a flight recently.

"The helplessness you feel when you can not feed your hungry child is frightful, so I had to step in", said the mum-of-one.

"The baby started rooting, she was so hungry", Organo wrote.

Patrisha Organo earned praise online after stepping into the breach when the child's mother ran out of formula after take-off. An advocate of breastfeeding, she offered her own milk to nourish the baby and lessen the worries of the infant's upset mother.

The moving post has gone insane viral, wracking up 6.6K comments and 30,889 shares since it was shared on November 7.

"In my early days of breastfeeding, I would really like to give up, but because I have the strong support of my husband, I kept going", she says. What's more, the incident took place when crew member Patrisha Organo was being tested for a promotion to Cabin Crew Evaluator.
