Bruce Irvin inks 1-year deal with Falcons

With $3.8 million left on his contract, the defensive lineman cleared waivers on Tuesday and was a free agent. He will likely make his debut against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

If that turns out to be the case, Atlanta could roll out a pass-rush group that includes Beasley, McKinley, Irvin and Grady Jarrett. He celebrated his return home by posting on his Twitter account "Man it's time!" Irvin says you can't put a price on his being able to play in front of Atlanta's fans and that it's bigger than money.

Irvin was expected to arrive in Atlanta on Wednesday night and join practice on Thursday.

Irvin's most memorable seasons came with the Seahawks under Dan Quinn. The team now ranks 29th in the league giving up 28.3 points per contest that include being 26th overall, 28th against the pass, and 17th against the run.

The Falcons have talent along the defensive line, and it will be interesting to see how they plug Irvin into the mix. "We're ready to go hunt". His history with Quinn is obviously a factor. One shouldn't really blame him. "I'm frustrated. He's a good player". "That's what we talked about". At least, he won't be coming back in 2018. The Seahawks have two guys who can get to the opposing quarterback now: Frank Clark and Jarran Reed. "There are a lot of guys who look up to him".

But without knowing what caused the problem yet, we can at least take solace in the fact that Microsoft did fix it very quickly. They are reporting that the Activation status of their Windows 10 changed from Activated to Not activated.

"Sometimes the things have to align just right for that to happen", Quinn said of the signing.

Former Oakland Raiders linebacker Bruce Irvin (51) signed with the Falcons.

The following season, he appeared in 15 games, including 13 starts.

Instead, Mack was traded to Chicago a week before the season for a package of draft picks following a lengthy holdout. The 31-year-old has played for the Raiders and the Seahawks in his career.
