Susan Westwood, a white woman who harrassed two black women in south Charlotte last month, turned herself in to police in Sunset Beach, North Carolina today.

Susan Jane Westwood, 51, of Charlotte, disappeared after the October 19 incident in the parking lot of her south Charlotte apartment complex, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said.

Westwood turned herself in to police in Sunset Beach on Saturday. One of the women does live at the apartment complex.

Police issued a warrant for Westwood for misuse of the 911 system.

Law enforcement officials had issued a warrant for Westwood - dubbed "South Park Susan" - and released the two calls she made to 911 on October 19.

"Folks that are trying to break into apartments, they're actually people that I've never see here before but they are African-American", Westwood said on the 911 call.

An emergency dispatcher was heard telling Westwood that first responders received a call about someone's vehicle breaking down at the location Westwood indicated. Westwood said during the encounter. Westwood said to the sisters.

"No one breaks their auto down in the best part of society". I'm hot and I'm handsome. "I'm still going to make $125,000 Monday morning". But, Westwood continues to berate them, repeatedly asking, "Do you live here?"

Th video shows Westwood appears to engage the other women without provocation, The Charlotte Observer previously reported. They're begging for money, and we need to get them out of here... Being hot? Being lovely?

The dispatcher told Westwood that the women were waiting for their auto to be serviced after it broke down and she responded, "Nobody breaks down their vehicle in the best part of society".

Westwood's employer, Charter Communications, confirmed to Yahoo Lifestyle on October 29 that she was sacked after she was identified as the woman in the video, which was taken on October 19.
