Tamera Mowry-Housley's Niece Dies in Thousand Oaks Shooting

According to reports, Tamera's husband, Adam Housley tried to locate his niece at the Los Robles Regional Medical Center around 3:30 a.m. but was turned away because the facility was on lockdown.

"My gut is saying she's inside the bar, dead".

"Ashley this is her aunt Tamera Mowry Housley". "I know you always hear those things".

Housley was last seen wearing denim shorts, "a blue flannel" and sneakers, the suitemate tweeted. "Can you please DM me your information?' According to the friend Ashley, Alaina was the only one out of 'a handful of girls [who] went to line dance tonight", and is now unaccounted for.

Housley's Apple Watch and iPhone showed her location at the bar until today but her family was hopeful she had left them there before fleeing. Housley told the Times that two of Alaina's suite-mates jumped through a broken window to escape the bar and are at the hospital with "major glass wounds".

Adam asked his Twitter followers to pray and expressed hope for a positive outcome.

Early this morning, another mass shooting occurred when twelve people were murdered at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California.

The gunman, who died at the scene, has now been identified as Ian David Long, a 28-year-old who served in the Marine Corps. Ventura County Sheriff Geoff Dean said an investigation is ongoing, and it is unclear what motivated the attack. Law Enforcement and First Responders, together with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, are on scene.
