Le’Veon Bell may not report by deadline after learning new information

But despite Bell's tweet, the Steelers still haven't heard from him and their focus remains the same with the players and coaches in the building as they prepare for Thursday's game vs. Carolina, a source told ESPN.

Le'Veon Bell has still not reported to the Steelers to sign his franchise tender for the 2018 season.

Despite the video, there was no indication Wednesday that Bell had visited the team's facility.

Bell, 26, hasn't played in a single game this season after he was hit with the franchise tag for the second year in a row.

According to Kaboly's source, a franchise tag for Bell this offseason would be considered the third whether the running back reports by the November 13 deadline or not. He can become a free agent in 2019 if the Steelers do not place a third tag on him.

Alli was thwarted again just before the break, with Zoet acrobatically getting down to his right and pushing the shot away. There was some conjecture about whether it should be ruled an own goal, however, match officials awarded the goal to Kane.

"Just about everybody has an opinion on my life and anxious about what I'm doing. don't judge me off my decisions because maybe this isn't what you'd do", Bell wrote.

Pittsburgh is 5-2-1 on the season and sit first in the AFC North, while Bell's replacement, James Conner, sits second in the National Football League in rushing yards.

If Bell fails to report, the transition tag would be around $14.5 million, or 120 percent of his $12.1 million franchise tag from 2017, since that's the a year ago he played. Don't judge me off my decision because maybe this isn't what you'd do.

The talented running back tweeted Monday that he was leaving Miami, where he's spent most of his holdout, and was spotted playing pickup basketball at an L.A. Fitness club in North Pittsburgh on Tuesday, according to ESPN.

Apparently Bell was previously unaware that he could not report in 2018 and still have the franchise tag count as his second tag out of three.
