Paul Merson states his prediction for Chelsea FC v Man United

The Frenchman has been linked with a host of other clubs including Premier League rivals Chelsea and Arsenal.

Hazard's recent form has helped Chelsea get off to an unbeaten start in the Premier League and Maurizio Sarri's men will be desperately hoping to continue in a similar fashion when United visit.

Mourinho is also concerned that the persistent talk about his future is undermining the team and suggested the dismal first-half showing against Newcastle, when United trailed 2-0 after 10 minutes before recovering to win, was partly down to players waking up to reports that the manager was about to be sacked. Manchester United comes into the contest ranked eighth in the league standings.

Manchester United star Paul Pogba has admitted that Chelsea man Eden Hazard is "on fire" ahead of the two teams' meeting at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

"Over the years I've always said Manchester United turn up for these big games and seem to be able to grind it out, but at the moment they let in far too many goals", Merson told Sky Sports.

"Their result against Newcastle covered over all the cracks".

"I would love to have him in Manchester United but I don't think Chelsea will sell him to Manchester United, so it's a not problem", Mourinho added. At the start of the season, we were talking about them being in the title race but now they are fighting for the top four.

Chelsea has been one of the best rivalries in Premier League history, and former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho will return to Stamford Bridge Saturday for a must-watch game. Hazard said this week that he would like to play for Mourinho again but, as much as the Portuguese would love to have him at Old Trafford, he said Chelsea would never sell to them.
