Meghan Markle compares pregnancy to jet lag

As Prince Harry and Meghan Markle embark on the first worldwide tour as a married couple, Australia finds itself firmly in the throes of Royals fever.

Wearing a mix of Australian, British and American designers, Meghan shows off her effortless style, all while showing the smallest sign of a baby bump.

The couple met a community surfing group called OneWave, which raises awareness of mental health, before going for a walk along the sand.

During a visit to Bondi Beach she told mum-to-be Charlotte Connell about the struggles she has been facing during the early months of her pregnancy. She told the DailyMail about the conversation she had with the royal mum-to-be.

As expected, they struggled on the defensive end as well as with their outside shooting, going just 7-of-30 on 3-pointers. It's just one game, but if that trend continues, it's not a good one. "Reasonably, it is going to take time", Ball said.

"Harry talked about the fact that he spent a long time to try to find someone to talk to, to have those conversations around mental health and it was really attractive because they found each other", said surfer Charlotte Connell, who also spoke to Meghan about how she stays healthy.

Meghan became emotional as she expressed her pride at how passionately the young women spoke about their views and said they reminded her so much of how she was growing up, writes People magazine.

"Men can help as well by getting involved. She said it was her escape".
