WWE legends return for SmackDown 1000 live on Sky Sports

Previously on the Best and Worst of Smackdown Live: We recapped the boring ol' 999th episode with Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair LED board, The Miz's very hard mission to make two stupid WWE babyfaces hate each other, and an appearance from the babyface Big Show (which becomes important later).

After Bautista was done handing out compliments, he reminded Triple H that while he's won a lot of matches and defeated many opponents in the WWE, he's never beaten him.

One of the most famous factions in Raw history make their SmackDown debut tonight, with Ric Flair, Triple H, Batista and Randy Orton putting the band back together for old times' sake.

Big Show, who returned last week, too made an impact as he helped The Bar, Seamus and Cesaro, to defeat The New Day for the WWE SmackDown Tag-team titles. This came after Mysterio reportedly signed a two-year deal with the company.

You can catch episode "Keep on Truckin'" live from your laptop at ABC's live stream or with a free seven-day trial from FuboTV. It felt good to be on the verge of understanding, and even contributing to, cocktail party chatter again.

- Shinsuke Nakamura and Rey Mysterio will face off in a WWE World Cup qualifying match.

Rusev faced off against The Miz in the first qualifying match, and Rusev lost after Aiden English provided a distraction and Miz rolled Rusev up.

WWE will host its Starrcade live event from Cincinnati, Ohio at the US Bank Arena on Sunday, November 24th.
