Princess Eugenie makes bold statement with wedding dress revealing scars

Before this major (and honestly unexpected) switch, Princess Eugenie had been wearing her hair in a brunette shade with warm highlights as of late, one that was strikingly similar to Kate Middleton's hair color.

The crowds caught a glimpse of the bride and her wedding dress. The royal helped make sure that Eugenie's bridesmaid; Princess Charlotte, Theodora Williams, Mia Tindall, Savannah and Isla Phillips and Maud Windsor knew what their roles were before walking down the aisle after the bride.

Maid of honour Princess Beatrice - Eugenie's older sister - will read an extract from F Scott Fitzgerald's classic novel The Great Gatsby.

The Dean of Windsor David Conner, who will be leading the service, said: "It'll be a mix of traditional and modern".

George will be joined by fellow page boy Louis de Givenchy - the six-year-old son of JP Morgan banking executive Olivier de Givenchy and his wife Zoe.

The nuptials come just five months after the glittering wedding of Prince Harry, younger son of heir-to-the-throne Prince Charles, and United States actress wife Meghan, now the Duchess of Sussex, at the same location.

Guests include James Blunt, Kate Moss, Holly Valance, Naomi Campbell, Chelsea Davy, Ricky Martin, Demi Moore, Ellie Goulding, Robbie Williams, Cara Delevingne and Liv Tyler among others.

About 38,000 people signed a petition, organised by campaign group Republic, against taxpayers' money being spent on the occasion. This has led to raised eyebrows over the couple's decision to copy Harry and Meghan with an open-topped carriage ride through Windsor, requiring road closures and an estimated £2m policing bill.

The couple will Wednesday at St George's Chapel in Windsor, where the streets have been adorned with decorations to mark the big day.

Windsor looks set to escape the worst of Storm Callum, but the conditions could be blowy on the dry and cloudy day. And just like Harry and Megs, the couple have also invited members of the public - 1,200, to be exact - to witness the big day up close and personal.

Finally, the wedding dress was revealed outside St George's chapel.

The queen, who has only just returned from an extended summer holiday in Scotland, plans to host a champagne luncheon for the newlyweds shortly after the ceremony, and a second reception will be held that night.
