"We have registered a case against Patekar and others under section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 509 (word, gesture or act meant to insult the modesty of a woman) of IPC", additional commissioner of police (west region) Manojkumar Sharma told PTI. "We are investigating the case and enquiries are on with this regard", he said. The First Investigation Report was registered in Oshiwara on Wednesday, where Nana Patekar along with choreographer Ganesh Acharya, director Rakesh Sarang and producer Samee Siddiqui, have been booked under sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 509 (word, gesture or act meant to insult the modesty of a woman) under the Indian Penal Code.

Dutta has alleged that during the shooting of a song sequence for the film Horn OK Pleassss in 2008, she was being inappropriately touched by Nana Patekar.

In a video statement, Rahatkar said the panel has taken cognisance of Dutta's complaint on her alleged sexual harassment.

The actor filed an FIR in the year 2008 when it all happened but no action was taken against it.

The issues started before a late-season game and continued afterward, with Allen allegedly pursuing and choking Impemba. In their absence last season, Matt Shepard and Kirk Gibson called the majority of games, USA Today reported.

When Dutta refused to perform the new "intimate steps" with Patekar and retreated to her vanity van, she claimed that Siddiqui threatened to "defame me in the film industry and boycott me".

She then called her parents and manager, who questioned Patekar's actions. Therefore, she left the police station without recording a statement. Since Tanushree added Daisy in the witness list, Mumbai Police will now be questioning Daisy about the incident and what she saw. Her lawyer stated that many parts of the complaint were not mentioned and the FIR was filed only for the offence of causing damage to her auto and riot.

The actress is also going to approach the Bombay High Court and will file a PIL seeking an internal complaints committee to be formed in every film related body.

After recording the statement, the police registered the offence late midnight, he said.
