Ashton Kutcher's Car Hits Manny on a Scooter

Ashton Kutcher's Car Hits Manny on a Scooter

Marenghi, who was babysitting for a family friend, was on his way to pick up the kids from school on Tuesday afternoon at around 3 p.m. while riding a Razor scooter when he found himself very suddenly on the ground.

Leo Marenghi, the 19-year-old man struck by the vehicle, told People that he was shocked when he was struck by a auto as he rode a scooter through Los Angeles to pick up the children he babysits from school. "Can I take a picture with you?" I'm so sorry!' And I was like, 'Yeah, I'm fine, but are you Ashton Kutcher?

"I feel like it was kind of my fault because I was on a scooter and it was hard to see me".

The teen said he told Kutcher he was fine and asked if his vehicle was all right. "Then that was it, and I just said, 'OK, have a good day!'" "Are you sure you're OK?'" Marenghi said. "He was really nice about it and acted concerned".

A picture's worth a thousand words, and these ones are apparently also worth more than legal reparations, because Marenghi has no intentions to "come after" the father of two.

"Got hit by a auto today...", he wrote.

Metro.co.uk has contacted reps for Ashton for comment.

"I don't intend to go after him [legally]".

"You can't really see around the corner, so he just pulled out and didn't see me", Marenghi told Entertainment Tonight.

The "No Strings Attached" star - who was with his security guard - immediately stopped his auto to check the youngster was unharmed before he agreed to pose for a photo with him. "I just feel like that would be trashy".

Kutcher has not publicly addressed the incident as of this writing.
