England face record target on final two days against India

Bumrah had figures of 5-85.

Dominant: India's Jasprit Bumrah raises the ball after taking his fifth wicket.

India will do well to not take anything for granted.

Chris Woakes dispatched Bumrah's hat-trick ball to the boundary but was caught behind in the seamers next over to leave England teetering on 241 for seven. Rahul was eventually bowled by Stokes, who claimed his first wicket since his return to the side, but by then it was already case of how quickly the tourists would pile on the agony for England. It did once the new ball was taken.

In the end, ninth wicket pair Adil Rashid - dropped by Kohli on 22 off Shami - and Stuart Broad played freely on an easy pitch under the sun. In fact, he picks two back to back wickets.

Meanwhile, Ben Stokes has completed his half-century as well.

AFTERNOON SESSION: England 173-4 & 161, India 329 & 352-7 dec: At last, some good news if you are an England fan, your team has won a session.

"He's a high-quality player, and has shown he's learnt a lot on this tour alone".

Buttler is England's most destructive white-ball batsman with six ODI hundreds to his name.

Trump Administration Deports Actual Nazi Who Worked as a Death Camp Guard
Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell was told by President Donald Trump to make Palij's deportation a number one priority. Trawniki also housed a forced labour camp where more than 6,000 Jews were murdered on a single day - 3 November 1943.

It was sort of redemption for Stokes and Buttler. This is their first hundred partnership and came in 195 balls. It looked unlikely when India reduced the innings to 62/4 in the morning.

For India it was very much a case of from feast to starvation.

"I didn't score too many runs this season, but in County, I felt I was batting well and had been in good touch too".

England need a mammoth 521 for victory, albeit with more than two days to get the runs.

Keaton Jennings was the first to go. That left the hosts on 27 for one.

"It was important all our top-order starts scoring runs, especially in this Test match".

Two overs later and Ishant was celebrating the removal of England's other opener Alastair Cook (17) who edged to Lokesh Rahul at second slip. He has only one score of over 50 this year and the knives may well be out for him once this Test is over.

England's usually most reliable runscorers Alastair Cook and Joe Root both now look badly out of form, Ollie Pope is just two Tests into a career and aged 20 batting higher in the order for England than he ever has for his county, while Jonny Bairstow is and will continue to be less effective with the bat the longer he remains England's wicketkeeper as well.

Another longstanding problem for England has been their slip catching and they floored their fifth chance in the cordon this match when Buttler, a wicket-keeper by trade, moved late at the second slip before grassing a low, left-handed chance after Pujara, on 40, edged Anderson. Virat Kohli, a century-maker on Monday (Tuesday NZT), then produced a brilliant diving catch at third slip to remove Ollie Pope for 16 four balls later.
