Keeper Kepa completes big money move to Chelsea

The report claims that the Blues are interested in bringing the 25-year-old World Cup victor to Stamford Bridge as Maurizio Sarri is willing to give him a central role at Chelsea.

Chelsea have taken Croatia worldwide Mateo Kovacic on a season-long loan from Real as part of the deal.

Chelsea have given Kepa Arrizabalaga a seven-year contract worth around £70 million after making him the world's most expensive goalkeeper.

Chelsea said in a statement Wednesday the two clubs "have agreed terms for the permanent transfer of Thibaut Courtois subject to the agreement of personal terms and passing a medical".

Real head coach Julen Lopetegui refused to comment on Courtois after his side's friendly win over Roma in New Jersey, insisting that Keylor Navas remains his first choice.

"It is an accumulation of things really and I am delighted that the club has signed me".

Emergency workers are continuing to dig through rubble and are gradually starting to reach more remote areas of the large island. Nugroho said thousands of buildings had been damaged, according to the report .

"He has already demonstrated fantastic quality and consistency and will be a big part of any success Chelsea have in the coming years", Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia said.

The 26-year-old, named the best goalkeeper at the World Cup as Belgium finished third, has one year remaining on his contract and reportedly wishes to join Real Madrid.

A deal with Madrid makes sense for all concerned, with Courtois now back around his young family in the Spanish capital.

Kepa Arrizabalaga described himself as "a calm, settled goalkeeper" but predicted that he would fit into Maurizio Sarri's "aggressive" style of football at Chelsea.

Croatia worldwide Mateo Kovacic will join the Blues on a season-long loan as part of the deal.
