Angelina And Brad's Divorce Is Getting Messy

Angelina And Brad's Divorce Is Getting Messy

Angelina Jolie is being asked to give estranged husband Brad Pitt more access to their kids amid the duo's ongoing divorce negotiations.

The couple have been locked in divorce negotiations for months with visitation for Pitt causing the most tension.

Angelina Jolie is dangerously close to losing primary physical custody of her and Brad Pitt's six children if she doesn't switch up the how she lets the kids interact with dad.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge notes that "not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them", adding that "it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother".

Among these steps are giving Pitt her kids' cell phone numbers and allowing him to call anytime, without monitoring their calls or reading their texts with him.

The Fury actor is set to spend time with his kids 8 June to 17 June for four hours per day while he stays in London, where Jolie now rents a house. She is not allowed to read text messages between him and the children. Maddox can freely choose to go with either parent at any time since he is now 16-years-old.

While the scheduling agreement states that Angelina is not allowed to be present during Brad's time with the kids, a child psychologist has to be.

E3 2018: Watch the Halo Infinite reveal from Microsoft's event
The next Halo game, Halo Infinite , was revealed with a brief teaser trailer during Xbox's E3 press conference Sunday. Away from the game announcement, Microsoft also looped to beef up their existing digital initiatives.

Jolie and Pitt share six children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - and the kids have been living with their mom since the couple split in the fall of 2016.

The primary custody loss could happen if the Changeling star doesn't attempt to improve her relationship with Pitt.

In the spirit of strengthening the relationship with Pitt, the court has laid out a summer schedule for the children, minus Maddox, to spend time with the actor over the summer. The doctor is once again required to be present and will meet with the kids before and after each two day period. Then, at some point between July 8 and July 14, Pitt will have custody of all of the younger children over a consecutive four-day period.

"Brad and Neri are still very much in each other's lives, although not as much as he would like", a friend of the pair told Us Weekly in May.

Pitt was cleared of allegations of child abuse by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services in November 2016. He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, and, he must pay for their transportation.

While in California, Pitt can decide whether the kids shack up at his house (the former family home) or Jolie's L.A. house.
