Just Cause 4 Leaks in Steam Ad

Just Cause 4 Leaks in Steam Ad

After Rage 2, Hitman 2, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Fortnite on Switch, and Gears of War 5, I didn't think we could have anything else spoiled for us before the press conferences, but no, Just Cause 4 has been unofficially revealed for the second time via a telling advertisement on Steam.

It looks as though Just Cause 4 may have been accidentally leaked via a Steam advert which many users have reported on.

The latest entry in the series, Just Cause 3, launched for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in December 2015.

However, there's not much to discern from the artwork, other than a fairly temperate-looking setting and main character Rico Rodriguez looking pretty much like he always does.

Four Entertainment industry insiders suspect LeBron will go to the Lakers
The Lakers , more than any other team in the league, sit at the nexus of all the reasons LeBron would want to join a franchise. The four-time MVP is expected to decline his $35.6 million player option and become a free agent on July 1.

Just Cause 4 will bring the total number of Avalanche games in development to three, one for each major studio within the company. That game is Just Cause 4, and few will be sorry to hear (however prematurely) that it's being made.

Square Enix and Avalanche have yet to comment officially, but as this is a pre-purchase image and Steam had the asset available to use, it's safe to assume an announcement wasn't far off.

Steam typically reserves this section for discounts and big upcoming releases but it seldom - if ever - mentions any unannounced games. "Nobody wanted to invest in new intellectual property, and Square Enix especially wanted to make its old IP online-only experiences, expecting micro-transactions and piecemeal episodic content to be the only way to go", Sterling added.

Avalanche are going to self-publish the game themselves and it'll be out sometime next year.
