Glenn Beck reflects on Anthony Bourdain loss, America's search for answers

With suicide having a known "contagion effect", the incidence of two celebrity suicides in one week raises the question of whether that could have been at play here: Did news coverage of the fashion designer's death have any influence on Bourdain's? Spade's husband said she suffered from depression and anxiety for years, while Bourdain had spoken openly about his past drug addiction.

The rate was the highest in Montana with an increase of 38 percent between 1999 and 2016. It's up everywhere. And we know that the rates are actually higher than what's reported.

Overall, the rate rose to 15.4 per 100,000 in 2014-2016 from 12.3 per 100,000 in 1999-2001.
