Lewandowski wants to leave Bayern

Robert Lewandowski wants to leave Bayern Munich in pursuit of a new challenge, his agent has said.

Zahavi, who helped broker Neymar's world record move to PSG last summer, told Sport Bild magazine that the Bundesliga's top scorer 'feels that he needs a change and a new challenge in his career, ' before adding his reasons for leaving 'are not money or a specific club, as almost all top clubs would like to have the world's best striker in their ranks'.

Bayern have denied an approach from Real Madrid for the striker, but reports have also linked him to a number of Europe's elite clubs including Manchester United, Chelsea and PSG.

"Robert feels he needs a change and a new challenge in his career".

It accused Gaza's dominant Hamas movement and the pro-Iran Islamic Jihad group of launching the salvoes. More than two million Palestinians are packed into the Gaza Strip, a narrow coastal enclave.

With Lewandowski himself wanting to leave and his agent keen on a move, it is likely he will be departing the Allianz Arena this summer.

The 29-year-old has enjoyed another stellar campaign in the Bundesliga, with his 29 league goals helping the Bavarians to a sixth consecutive league title. Those responsible at Bayern know about it. Robert's motives are not [about] money or a specific club, because nearly all the top clubs would like to have the best striker in the world in their ranks. "We have a very good one". I am very happy that we still have such a long-term contract.

Bayern will also be hard pushed to find an adequate replacement for their star player, although given their record for hoovering up the best talent in the Bundesliga, it wouldn't be a surprise to see them target RB Leipzig's Timo Werner, who has impressed this season and looks set to start for Germany at this summer's World Cup.
