"Power Rangers" & "Street Fighter" Crossover Mobile Game Update Announced

Yes, Street Fighter X Power Rangers isn't its own game (but maybe it should be?) but it is an event taking place in nWay's Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, which was recently updated to feature some of Capcom's iconic world warriors.

Available May 16: Ryu - Shoryuken, Hadoken and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku; Chun-Li - Spinning Bird Kick, Kikoken and Hyakuretsukyaku; and Guile - Sonic Boom, Flash Kick and Sonic Cross.

Cammy is being added to Power Rangers: Legacy Wars on June 1st along with longtime series villain M. Bison on June 15th. Each of the new characters can be used for free while playing the limited time challenges, although you can also purchase them for $4.99 or by opening in-game Morph Boxes and collecting character shards.

Each of the characters looks and feels like their Street Fighter V counterparts, even though their combat fluidity looks to have been changed a little bit due to system limitations that mobile gaming provides.

Taehoon Kim, CEO of nWay, commented in the press release about the potential of the crossover, saying... Who freaking cares? It's Power Rangers vs. Street Fighter, an unlikely and yet strangely fitting collaboration. While Boom! Studios now holds a license to publish Power Rangers comics, it certainly isn't out of the realm of possibility for the fates to align in the future and IDW to make this Crisis on Infinite Game Screens.

IDF: Rocket sirens in Golan were false alarm
According to Russia's Defense Ministry, Israel had used 28 warplanes in its Syria strikes and fired 70 missiles. Explosions were being reported by residents in communities in the Golan Heights on Thursday as sirens went off.

The video trailer actually received a ton of downvotes, but not for the reasons you think.

So Ranger fans, what will be your Legacy Wars team of choice? The gig is a partnership between nWay, Saban Brands, Lionsgate, and Capcom.

The update is available now, so get Morphin' and get fighting.

It seems nearly greedy to want more characters in Power Rangers Legacy Wars [Free] considering that it already features dozens of Power Rangers from the TV series and movies, not to mention their villains.
