Nigeria begin their 2018 Fifa World Cup campaign against Croatia on June 16 at the Kaliningrad Stadium before facing Iceland (June 22) and Argentina (June 26) in Volgograd and Saint Petersburg respectively.

Okala, who spoke with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday in Enugu, said the selected as dedicated players that would do the country proud.

He noted that Rohr had taken the bull by the horn by ensuring that dedicated and strong legs were marshalled out to represent Nigeria at the World finals in Russian Federation.

Captain Mikel Obi, goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa, defenders Abdullahi Shehu, Elderson Echiejile and Leon Balogun, as well as midfielders Ogenyi Onazi and Oghenekaro Etebo and forwards Ahmed Musa and Victor Moses all made the list.

The list, which consists of 4 goalkeepers, 10 defenders, 8 midfielders and 8 attackers, also includes Enyimba FC goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Deportivo La Coruna's shot stopper Francis Uzoho.

NAN reports that the 2018 FIFA World would hold in Russian Federation from June 14 to July 15.
