Pokemon For Nintendo Switch Could Be Officially Announced This Month

Apparently the games will be a remake of Pokemon Yellow, with Pikachu as the starter in one game and Eevee as the starter in the other.

On top of that, anyway, she said she won't be providing more information about this topic ahead of the official announcement of the game, which is slated to be coming as early as later this month and so before the E3 2018 kicks off. And like traditional Pokemon titles, expect two versions.

After unveiling some possible information on Resetera yesterday, Emily Rogers has taken to her personal blog to share even more details about Pokemon on Nintendo Switch. So much so that long-time developer Game Freak has taken notice and is looking at ways to improve on it.

Stifel Nicolaus Reaffirms "Buy" Rating for Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN)
Jacob Doft decreased its stake in Liberty Global Plc (LBTYK) by 2.64% based on its latest 2017Q4 regulatory filing with the SEC. The British Columbia - Canada-based Connor Clark And Lunn Management Ltd has invested 0.38% in Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN).

Nintendo got a taste of renewed Pokemon fervour back in 2016 when Niantic launched its AR mobile title, Pokemon Go. Then, by 2017, overall download numbers increased to over 750 million a year.

Rogers claims Pokemon will be influenced, in some way, by Pokemon GO, as she notes the "name" and "branding" of the game might be a shock to some. A recent tweet from Game Freak's Junichi Masuda also featured Pikachu and Eevee plushies, alongside a Pikachu doll wearing a Luigi costume, potentially in a sly nod towards Pokemon Let's GO! It will be a new generation of Pokemon if we can believe the rumors. "I suspect that the naming/branding for this year's Pokémon Switch title (there's two versions) might raise a few eyebrows".
