Pauley Perrette responds to CBS statement on "multiple physical assaults" tweets

Pauley Perrette responds to CBS statement on

It took a few days, but CBS Television Studios, which makes the military procedural "NCIS", has responded to actress Pauley Perrette's shocking tweets posted over the weekend that alleged "multiple physical assaults". There was speculation she left over an ongoing dispute with co-star Mark Harmon, whose pitbull was often present on set and allegedly injured a crew member.

Though Pauley did not go into detail, she mentioned assault, bullying and "a very powerful publicity machine" that was keeping her silent. Although she didn't name any names, telling fans simply "he did it" seemed to suggest the stories about Harmon were indeed true. Her final tweet about the subject cited "multiple physical assaults".

She concluded by pleading with her social media followers to: "Stay safe. Tell someone", she wondered aloud.

Shivers is now suing Perrette for personal injury damages, where he claimed that she threatened to label him a "stalker" if he didn't comply with her requests to get back together.

And that's what I did today. "That was the way that I want to play". "I don't know how many mistakes I made, but not many". In the most high-profile match on Day 4, Japan's Kei Nishikori battled past world No 4 Grigor Dimitrov 6-7, 7-5, 6-4.

CBS Television Studios told the Daily News that the actress filed a "workplace concern" over a year ago, but declined to specify. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. "We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows", it read. "(Sorry guys, had to be said)", she tweeted on Saturday, May 12. It's worth noting that she did not share any screen time with Harmon during her last episode.

The actress left the series for good on May 8.

Perrette previously dispelled rumors that the minds behind NCIS or the executives at CBS were mad at her and wanted her gone, or that she was leaving to pursue her own line of skincare products (yes, people genuinely believed that freaky rumor), and explained that she just felt her time on the show should come to a close.
