Hazard warns Chelsea chiefs: We must buy good players

Eden Hazard fully expects to be at Chelsea next season but says he is in no hurry to sign a new contract as he wants the club to prove their ambition by bringing in players capable of winning the Premier League.

The 27-year-old Belgium playmaker is under contract until 2020 and is reportedly mulling over an extension, with claims on Tuesday suggesting he wanted to see Antonio Conte removed from the hotseat.

Chelsea finished fifth in the league - 30 points off champions Manchester City - and face Jose Mourinho's Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday.

"For me, Hazard is the best player in the league", Herrera told The Big Interview with Graham Hunter.

"I want players, I want to win the Premier League next season ... a lot of things".

"I think it is not my last game", Hazard, who will be a key player for Belgium at the World Cup in Russian Federation, said.

Salah breaks more Prem scoring records
The goal meant the Egypt worldwide finished two ahead of Tottenham's Harry Kane in the race to be the league's top scorer. Adjusting Liverpool's efforts in the 1978-79 season to three points for a win, the overall record stood at 98.

"Yeah, [I have to think about] a lot of things, and then we will see. But one thing is for sure: I'm happy here", he added.

Having won the Premier League title, League Cup and Europa League during his six years at Chelsea, Hazard is keen to complete his set and an FA Cup winners' medal would leave him just one short. It's the last game of the season, that's it. I think, to play Champions League next season is important. "You never know what's happening for the season".

'But for me, in my mind, I'm here, I have one week to play now. "We're just focusing on the game".

'I need two more trophies - Champions League and FA Cup'. After the World Cup then we will be ready for the next season. "We have one game to play and we will see what happens at the end of the season or at the start of the new season".

The Egyptian global also won the Premier League's Golden Boot with his record-breaking 32-goal campaign.
