Ford floats possibility of $2 gas under his opponents

Ford lashed out at the Liberals and NDP stating that under them gas prices would only increase.

NDP Leader Andrea Horwath would keep the carbon pricing program in place if elected, but said an NDP government would regulate gas prices. "It'd be an absolute financial disaster". Fed up with being gouged at the gas pumps.

PC leader Doug Ford has said he will scrap the extra $1 per hour increase in favour of a 0 per cent income tax on minimum wage earners, which his party estimates as a $500-million cost to the province. And Doug Ford and the Conservatives have promised to cut more than $6 billion across the board, and privatize as many services as they can.
