BSNL introduces Rs 118 prepaid plan to counter Jio, Airtel and Idea

BSNL introduces Rs 118 prepaid plan to counter Jio, Airtel and Idea

Last week, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) came up with an unlimited voice calling pack for just Rs. 39. And now to keep in the running with Reliance Jio telecom offerings, it has launched a new Rs. 118 recharge plan that offers unlimited voice calls jammed with data incentives. The plan comes with 28 day validity period. Under the new plan, users get unlimited local and STD voice calls and free national roaming apart from Mumbai and Delhi, Telecom Talk reported. In March, Airtel brought its Rs. 995 pack to that was the first prepaid pack to offer the truly unlimited experience for voice calls.

On the other hand, Reliance Jio Rs 98 plan is offering benefits such as 2GB of data, unlimited calls be it local, STD and roaming and 100 SMS per day for 28 days. BSNL is also offering its subscribers with free PRBT tune (caller ring tones). Lastly, users will also get free PRBT with this new prepaid plan. After recharging with Rs 118 plan, the BSNL signature caller tune will automatically get activated for free. This plan is available in many circles like Kolkata, Tamil Nadu, Chennai and so on. The validity is same for all the effective circles. After the 1GB data is over, BSNL will charge its standard rates on data usage.

Levante end Barcelona's unbeaten dream with shocking 5-4 win
This was Barca's first league loss since slipping up against Malaga in April 2017 and Valverde will have questions to answer. Andre Gomes is another example where it seems you have to be a big-money signing in order to avoid scrutiny.

In a bid to take on the cutthroat competition from Jio, Idea, and Airtel had announced their recharge plans with similar offers and prices alike. Subscribers with existing unlimited packs have been upgraded with the post FUP data access at 128Kbps. Here are the top 4G data plans from telcos under Rs 200. However, users can also change the tune as per their desired one, but there will be additional charges included for changing the tune. Priced at Rs 118, the prepaid plan offers unlimited voice calls for 28 days. The "unlimited" calls are, however, limited to 250 minutes per day and 1,000 minutes per week. But the bigger question is how well BSNL's new plan competes against the offers from Reliance Jio and Airtel.
