Two men in custody following armed robbery

Columbia police arrested Devon Busch and Trevion Travis after an attempted armed robbery in the 1400 block of Bass Avenue.

Luis Rosa, 25, who lives at the same address, was charged with second-degree robbery, a felony; fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation.

The incident happened around 10 p.m. on April 3rd at the San Marco Shell gas station at 4620 Woodville Highway. The pickup was struck twice by the gunfire and the four men fled the area south on San Pedro.

Police also are looking for the person responsible for robbing the 7-11 convenience store at 1410 Market St.in downtown Wheeling early in the morning on April 9.

Detective learned that, once inside the home, Gonzales asked the homeowner if he'd sell his cell phone. The victim was acquainted with one of the suspects.
