Comey 'Lied in Congress,' Trump Charges After Interview Airs

In response, Lynch said in a statement, similarly to Comey, that the two of them have known each other for 30 years.

Comey, who was sacked as Federal Bureau of Investigation director last May, previously told the network his wife and daughters attended the Women's March a day after President Trump's inauguration.
