Notre Dame transfer Jay Hayes headed to Big 12 powerhouse

The Sooners landed Notre Dame graduate transfer defensive end Jay Hayes after a weekend visit to Norman for the spring game. He has one year of eligibility remaining. The 6-foot-4, 290 pound defensive lineman announced that he would be leaving Notre Dame on Friday, Apr. 6.

Hayes can play immediately and should provide a major boost in production and experience for the Sooners this season. It will be interesting to see what he can do in a conference with several high-powered offenses. His role was sizable in 2016 as he played in 10 games. He registered 27 tackles, four quarterback hurries, two pass breakups and one sack.

If you have participated in discussions about Kingdom Hearts 3 , you must've at least viewed a couple of fan-made endings. Kingdom Hearts II did have a Steamboat Willie level, after all.

Oklahoma head coach Lincoln Riley tweeted a total of seven eyeball emojis Sunday, meaning their figures to be at least one more commitment soon to be made public for the Sooners.
