Cam Newton involved in collision with dump truck while driving Ferrari

According to a report by TMZ Sports, Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was in a collision with a dump truck in his hometown of Atlanta on Thursday, but was not injured. Newton is apparently fine after the collision and Atlanta PD says neither party wanted to fill out a police report.

This isn't the first time Newton has been involved in a vehicle accident.

Newton was spotted walking around his vehicle looking for damage, and it's unclear how the collision happened or who was at fault. In 2014, he suffered back fractures after getting into a vehicle crash in his pick-up truck.

Port Huron teenager charged after school threat reported by Patriots' Julian Edelman
Without Edelman's reaction to the alarming social media post, police said, it's likely they would not have known about the threat. New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman (11) runs the ball against the Detroit Lions in Detroit, August 25, 2017.

But despite suffering those two back fractures, the incredibly tough Newton ended up missing just one week as he returned to play the final two games of the season.

Newton's fans will recall that he was hospitalized in December 2014 after an accident on South Church Street, a block from Bank of America Stadium.

It looks as if Cam Newton has cheated death once again.
