Rhythmic puzzle play returns in Lumines Remastered

Fan favourite Lumines Remastered has been announced and it's coming to the Nintendo Switch this May. The game originally released in 2004 for the PlayStation Portable, and has been rereleased a number of times.

Lumines has been remastered in high definition for this version, in an effort led by director Tetsuya Mizuguchi himself and his studio Enhance. It's a fairly complex system, although it doesn't take too long to grasp everything.

Texas' Mo Bamba Declares for the NBA Draft
Bamba was a fantastic rim protector for the Longhorns and projects to be a top five pick at the summer showcase. He was named second-team All-Big 12 and placed on the Big 12 All-Defensive Team and Big 12 All-Newcomer Team.

Lumines Remastered will be out sometime this Spring on Nintendo Switch.

I remember losing hours and hours of my life to Lumines on the PSP, and it's been great to revisit this musical block-dropping puzzle game over the years, through sequels and remasters on other platforms. Choose to feel both rhythm and blocks or just the blocks. If you're keen to check out the series before that, the original is available on Steam right now.
