Driver Pulled Over By Cops Presents Them With A Homer Simpson License

Police in Milton Keynes seized a vehicle from a driver who presented officers with a Homer Simpson driver's license. When asked for an ID, he presented them with Homer Simpson's driving license.

In addition to the fake license, officers also discovered that the man was driving without insurance.

The spoof licence came complete with an image of Simpson saying his "D'oh!" catchphrase, a signature and address. According to the Thames Valley Police, the driver was reported for both offences and his vehicle was seized. For the incident, the motorist involved was reported by officers and had his vehicle seized as a outcome.

Buys New Position in Viacom, Inc. (VIAB)
After $0.73 actual EPS reported by Chevron Corporation for the previous quarter, Wall Street now forecasts 108.22% EPS growth. Raymond James Financial Services Advisors Inc. grew its stake in shares of Viacom by 36.7% in the 2nd quarter.

Naturally the folks over at TVP Roads Policing Unit tweeted it earlier this week and then their main squeeze, Thames Valley Police retweeted it on Friday causing a bit of a raucous on the social media site.

The date of birth on the fake licence is 4 August 1963, while Simpson's date of birth in the TV show is 12 May 1956.

A quick fact-check does confirm Homer indeed lives at 742 Evergreen Terrace and not 28 Springfield Way USA.
