The Conjuring writers Chad & Carey Hayes to rewrite new Die Hard movie

Facebook/DieHardMoviesBruce Willis confirmed that a "Die Hard 6" is happening.

According to the TB report, the film will be set in 1970s NY, but will go back and forth between past and present, which is where Willis comes in.

The Tracking Board has reported that the utterly misjudged and completely wrongheaded idea is still being kicked around Fox and that the script is now due to get a rewrite from Chad and Carey Hayes, the two writers behind The Conjuring and a couple episodes of Baywatch Nights.

Caxton Associates LP Acquires 352100 Shares of Comcast Co. (CMCSA)
The cable giant reported $0.49 earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter, topping the Zacks' consensus estimate of $0.47 by $0.02. Moreover, Alphamark Advsr Ltd Liability Company has 0.01% invested in Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) for 384 shares.

The Conjuring is a supernatural horror film, the first one in The Conjuring franchise. In addition to The Conjuring films, the Hayes brothers also co-wrote The Reaping, House of Wax, and more. Rumour has it they will also be writing Journey to the Center of the Earth 4.

Looking to toggle back and forth between past and present (with Willis' present-day version of McClane looking back), the movie aims to chronicle what he was getting up to as a cop in 1970s NY, years before he went to that fateful Christmas party at Nakatomi Plaza. The series follows the adventures of John McClane (portrayed by Bruce Willis), a New York City and Los Angeles police detective who continually finds himself in the middle of violent crises and intrigues where he is the only hope against disaster. The film will reportedly toggle back and forth between past and present timelines and will provide a conclusion to the long-running franchise. Since then, he has reprised his role in all its succeeding sequels.
