Here's where you can find things to keep your family busy for Easter 2018. Proceeds fund Tri Kappa philanthropy projects throughout the community, including college scholarships, children's Easter baskets and grocery vouchers for needy families, contributions to Tri-Creek School Corp. student organizations, and donations to special town events. And one of the most popular bunnies in town is just outside JCPenney at Tacoma Mall nearly every day in March. After the hunt, all dogs are invited to participate in the Easter Bonnet contest to show off their spring best and visit with the Bunny. Find out more at sonomamothersclub.com. If you're exhausted of watching the kids have all the fun, this is the egg hunt for you. Small crafts for children age 2 and older. Enjoy a continental breakfast of doughnuts, bananas, grapes, granola bars, Rice Krispie treats, milk and juice at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. seatings March 24.

Tickets are again mandatory for children taking part and can be picked up from Douglas Street Recreation Centre, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. or the Truro Library during normal operating hours.

Complete a Round Bunny Box: Saturday & Sunday, March 31-April 1, 1:00-4:00 p.m. There will be a five-egg limit per child.

But the news of a season 6 renewal will make the wait worth it, with fans knowing there is at least some security for the show. The news comes as the show's fifth season finished production, and news of its July 1st release date hit the streets.

EASTER EGG HUNT, 10 a.m. March 24, First United Methodist Church of Harvard, 1100 N. Division St., Harvard. Tickets will also include lunch, wine and other beverages. Children can meet and have their photo taken with the Easter Bunny, play games like Bunny Buckets and Pin the Tail on the Bunny for prizes, have their face painted, enjoy a book walk, cookie decorating and a craft, and share a continental breakfast with their family. Don't forget your basket to this free event! Children ages one to 11 are welcome.

Join in one of three Easter events hosted by the East Pierce Firefighters Local 3520. Now in its 28th year, the Sumner Easter Egg Hunt will have three hunts divided up by age group: 9:00 a.m. for one to three-year-olds; 10:00 a.m. for four to seven-year-olds; 11:00 a.m. for eight to 11-year-olds.
