New WhatsApp Beta for Windows Phone update brings new public feature

The update brings new "Group Description" feature.

WhatsApp has been busy, and only 2 days after the last update have pushed out a new update for their WhatsApp beta app for Windows Phone, taking it to version 2.18.28.

Facebook-owned WhatsApp Messenger is making sure that the remaining few users on Windows Phone are not disappointed. The features are expected to be rolled out on the stable build in the coming weeks.

Google Makes It Harder To Use Images Found In Search
It might also happen that the images are hidden deep inside the page and can only be found after a long scrolling. In the image search, there was an option of first image view, which you could click on to open that image.

WhatsApp has been consistently rolling out new features and changes to its platform lately. Firstly, the Live Location sharing feature will be available for beta users on Windows Phone.

Another feature which is now hidden is the "Live Location" feature which is most awaited by the Windows Phone users. Users can also choose the duration for which the location updates will be shared. Which means if you are on Android and Windows and haven't received the feature yet, you shall soon. "Users who are seeing the stickers, though, can expect to see a "♥" icon in the notification center whenever a sticker has been sent to them, and open the app to see the sticker in full in a chat. The report notes the feature will be remotely enabled in the future.

The interface is very similar to the Web version, with the options of visualization of the Status feature, configuration settings, access to archived or marked messages, blocked contacts, plus personalization of the WhatsApp's interface with wallpaper, among others.
