A fully-controllable Royal Vessel boat, expanding the world of Eos and allowing players to explore the area between Cape Caem and Altissia.

The new Armiger Unleashed feature is also going to be included in the "Royal Edition" of "Final Fantasy 15". This ability appears to expand the Armiger options, allowing for powerful attacks while the Armiger is summoned.

Finally, the Royal Edition will include a variety of new bosses, equipment, and a first-person mode. The DLC will include all the new content offered in Royal Edition.

Four expansions followed the well-received "Final Fantasy XV". Preordering through the Windows Store, players receive the Powerup Pack, which is created to improve combat performance, while Steam preorders net the Fashion Collection, which provides a range of additional outfits for the boys.

Final Fantasy XIV patch 4.2, titled Rise of a New Sun, will be dropping in late January, and Square Enix has just released yet another batch of new screenshots to give fans a taste of what's to come. The Royal Edition features "the base game and over 20 game add-ons / DLC" as well as a slew of new features, the most exciting of which for me is the expanded map of Insomnia featuring new enemies and side quests. The publisher also revealed that a benchmark tool and instructions to help players optimize their PCs for the game's launch will be available beginning February 1st.

This isn't the end of the road for Final Fantasy XV, as Square Enix has confirmed there are at least three more downloadable episodes coming this year, one of which will feature antagonist Ardyn. While players are in the ruins, they can expect to run into more enemies, including ones that are also entirely new.

A bumper edition of 2016's open-world adventure "Final Fantasy XV" will arrive on console as the game debuts on PC.
