David Moyes ready to sell Javier Hernandez this month

West Ham defender Reece Oxford could still make a permanent switch to Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach should the German outfit increase their earlier offer to a fee in the region of £15m.

The Premier League club is willing to sell the Mexican striker for the right price during the January transfer window, Sky Sports and ESPN's Peter O'Rourke reported Thursday, citing sources.

Hernandez has scored just four goals since arriving from Bayer Leverkusen, the last of which came back in October.

Hernandez's form in his second spell in England has been somewhat surprising given the 29-year-old's stunning arrival on the European scene at Manchester United.

Senior Niem Stevenson is from Dallas and starts at the two, he averages eight points per game this year in just over 20 minutes. While averaging 11.3 points and 4.3 rebounds as a sophomore, Ahmad led the team in free-throw attempts (164) by a wide margin.

West Ham have had an opening bid of £5 million for Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter turned down.

Javier Hernandez has been told they he can leave the club this month, if they receive suitable a offer.

The Mexico global goal machine has made 21 appearances across all competitions for West Ham, scoring four goals in the process, however he is yet to find the net since October.

"Los Angeles FC have been looking for a marquee signing since joining the MLS and Hernandez is likely to bit that bill therefore they are leading the chase according to the betting to capture the West Ham striker this month", said Coral's John Hill. That amounts to a nightmare scenario for Hernandez, who is expected to lead Mexico's attack next summer at the World Cup, and his national team's legions of fans.
