Jack White's two-sided lead single from his upcoming third solo album, "Boarding House Reach", features one quality track in "Respect Commander", a frenetic, prog-rock piece with a heavy, blues-influenced interlude.

He hit 29 home runs and drove in 73 RBI for the Cubs last season, an impressive follow-up to his MVP award winning 2016 campaign. Only reliever Justin Grimm remained unsigned among the Cubs' players eligible for arbitration as of late Friday afternoon.

The rapid pace of these rappers' lyrical delivery matches the ante of the instrumental helmed by Mike WiLL Made-It and Teddy Walton. With highly-acclaimed TDE releases from Kendrick Lamar, SZA, and ScHoolboy Q, Rock is indeed overdue to drop an album.

This track arrives a few days after Lamar and TDE CEO Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith announced plans to executive produce the soundtrack for Black Panther (Feb. 16). Watch the interview up top. "I've been ready, my whip been ready/My bitch been ready, my clique's been ready/My shit's been ready, my checks been ready/My shot's on full, that's Armageddon/I got pull, I hope y'all ready/My tank on full, you know, unleaded/I gotta go get it, I gotta go get it", Jay Rock spits. "I just had a minor little setback", Rock explained, referring to a motorcycle crash that occurred in 2016.
