Francis Coquelin completes move to LaLiga side Valencia

Coquelin joins a team that is having a stunning season, Valencia finding themselves in third place in La Liga, having drawn with both Real Madrid and Barcelona so far.

The deal will contain a release clause of €80million (£71m).

Coquelin, who is yet to make a senior appearance for the France national team, will be presented by Valencia at 1615 United Kingdom time this afternoon.

After numerous loan spells, he broke into the first team in the 2014/15 season and has gone on to make 160 appearances for the club.

The Frenchman is reported to have cost Marcelino's Los Che - now third in LaLiga - £12million after making only seven Premier League starts for the Gunners this season. West Ham United were linked with a move for the French midfielder, but he chose to move to the Mestalla Stadium and revealed that he did so on the advice of Gunners midfielder Santi Cazorla.

Arsenal teammate Calum Chambers added: "You're aware". "That is a little bit longer than we have done in training", said Riley. Replays showed Welbeck got a slight touch on the ball, and Atkinson again returned to his original call of no penalty.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says the club are open to bringing in new players in the January transfer window.

"I nearly regret not having come before". I think it's an excellent opportunity for me and I'm very grateful. "It's a big challenge, and a new start in my life for me, which I'm very excited about".

"He added: "[Cazorla] told me it's an excellent club which I will not regret joining.

"Something clicked then, I played a lot of matches, and we won a cup and finished in the podium [top three] several times". I trust what he tells me.
