Fox News Anchor Shepard Smith Calls Trump Out on Russia Lies

A group representing President Donald Trump's transition team says a memo in the hands of the General Services Administration should have stopped the agency from turning over tens of thousands of emails to the special counsel investigating Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

Ms. Alcindor, who is Haitian-American, also quoted Mr. Altidor as saying: "Haitians fought along USA soldiers in the Revolutionary War, and we continue to be great contributors to American society".

Dobbs pointed out that there was evidence of a crime in Clinton's case, but there is no evidence that Trump broke the law.

The interview next week will focus on Bannon's time on the campaign, not the transition or his time in the White House, the source said. "But what I would worry about as a lawyer is an obstruction entrapment by Mueller during the course of such an interview". He added that the GSA "unlawfully" handed over "thousands of private and privileged (presidential transition team) emails to the Special Counsel's office, and failed to notify (Trump for America) of the production".

Trump, who has previously called climate change a hoax, announced his intent to pull the USA out of the deal a year ago.

Representative Adam Schiff said today that Republicans have declined to invite many witnesses that would be valuable to the probe, including Ivanka Trump and several people who he says have additional information about a June 2016 meeting between Russians and the Trump campaign. "When they have no collusion, and nobody has found any collusion, at any level, it seems unlikely that you'd even have an interview".

Despite dodging questions this week about his willingness to be interviewed by the special counsel, Trump said in June that he was "100%" willing to testify under oath about his conversations with James Comey, the Federal Bureau of Investigation director he fired.

Trump to get first presidential physical exam Friday
Trump was 70 when he took office, a year older than Ronald Reagan , America's next oldest president at the time of being sworn in. The president said VA-accountability legislation passed by Congress previous year is "one of the things I'm most proud of".

Separately, Representative Adam Schiff, the panel's top Democrat, told reporters on Thursday he would like "dozens" more witnesses, including Bannon, to appear before the committee, making clear he does not view the panel's investigation of Russian Federation and the election as near its end.

"We had a great talk this morning with President Moon (of South Korea), and I think that a lot of good things are happening".

Democrats have said that's just an attempt to divert from the Russian Federation probe. "Russia & the world is laughing at the stupidity they are witnessing".

"Any solution has to include the wall because without the wall it all doesn't work", Trump said.

Trump appeared to read the comments from a prepared statement and likely mistook the number of aircraft in the deal - 52 - for part of a designation for a separate jet.

"I don't believe there is any way back for Mr Bannon at this point", Mr Gidley said. Yes, really. Apparently Trump was supposed to announce the sale of 52 F-35 fighter jets to Norway, but here we are.
