'Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana' (ALL) Comes to Nintendo Switch

Along with the Switch port later this year, Lacrimosa of DANA is scheduled to make its debut on PC later this month.

Lacrimosa of DANA is an action RPG game from Nihon Falcom, a Japanese developer that hasn't made a game for a Nintendo console since the Super Famicom in 1995, and it's officially coming to the Switch. Localization revisions were promised, and the PC version was delayed until they could be properly implemented. It will include the revised localization of the game.

Ys VIII has been out on the PS4 in the United States since last September and has garnered the favor of both fans and critics alike.

Additionally, the localization revisions include improvements to the overall quality of the game's script and adjustments to graphical text.

Well, the fix will arrive on January 30th alongside the release of the PC version of the game.

NISA has also opened beta testing for the PC version for those eager to test the waters. PS4 and Vita won't get left out either - a free patch containing the localization update will also be available for these systems on the same date.
