Eden Hazard voted into UEFA Fan's Team of the Year

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo lead the 2017 UEFA Fans' Team of the Year, but Neymar has been left out for the second time in succession.

In a vote decided by 8.8 million fans, De Bruyne has been recognised for his role in Manchester City's stunning form so far this campaign, with the former Wolfsburg man establishing a reputation as one of the finest creative midfielders in world football at present. The voting floodgates were then opened.

Marcelo, Sergio Ramos, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric join Ronaldo in the team, while Messi is the only Barcelona player to feature.

Other Real Madrid stars included are Marcelo (LB), Toni Kroos (CM), Luka Modric (RCM) and Cristiano Ronaldo (RW).

Property tax relief will now be delivered as a credit on state taxes, to ensure Nebraska property taxpayers receive relief. He said Nebraska won the governor's cup for the most economic development projects per capita of any state in the country.

Chelsea and Manchester City are the two English clubs represented but it is European champions Real Madrid who unsurprisingly dominate the selection.

His former teammate Dani Alves is also selected, but Neymar - who left Barcelona for PSG in a world-record €222 million move in the summer - was not among the names to make the cut following nearly 8.8 million votes being cast.

UEFA has set aside €100,000 to support the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) rehabilitation programme for landmine victims in Afghanistan. Representatives of the Fans' Team of the Year will present the donation to the ICRC at an upcoming UEFA Champions League match.
