'I'm scared!' - Enjoy this grandmother's reaction to the Google Home Mini

Facebook engineer Ben Actis got the Google Home from his girlfriend for Christmas, and was visiting his grandparents in Florida for the first time.

Her grandson, Ben Actis, posted the now-viral video, which has been viewed on YouTube over 114,000 times.

As Grandad asks everyone, "What is this thing?" Gran is encouraged to take Google's smart speaker for a spin. Initially, the woman in the video is confused by the tiny-looking gadget and says, "OK, Goo Goo (Google)".

Let's be honest, many people are wowed and alarmed by voice search devices such as Amazon's Alexa or Google Home.

Visa Inc (V) Director Robert W. Matschullat Sells 6220 Shares
Integrated Investment Consultants LLC's holdings in Visa were worth $406,000 as of its most recent filing with the SEC. The stock of Transocean Ltd. (NYSE:RIG) has "Equal-Weight" rating given on Wednesday, October 26 by Morgan Stanley.

She later tells her family members that the device is scaring her but soon gets fascinated by the popular smart assistant and starts conversing with it.

A few "OK, Goo Goos" later, and she was asking the device what the weather was (and jumping up from the table when, to her surprise, Google answered).

"I'm scared. It's a mystery", she says at one point.

Google offers a growing range of smart speakers, with current offerings including the mid-sized Google Home, the larger Home Max, and the diminutive Mini so feared (or possibly loved) by Gran.
